Immersive Design for Major Events: My Work on Iron Studios' Booths
Being part of the creative team behind Iron Studios’ booths at some of the biggest pop culture events — including CCXP24, San Diego Comic-Con 2024, and the first-ever D23 Brasil — has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. These projects demanded a balance of bold graphic design, technical visualization, and collaborative precision.
Designing Large-Scale Visuals
Working alongside other designers, I helped create large-format graphics — often up to 6 meters wide — that became key visual elements of Iron Studios’ booths. These pieces weren’t just backdrops; they were storytelling tools that immersed visitors into the universes of the collectibles on display.

3D Mockups in Blender: Visualizing the Space
One of the most valuable contributions I brought to the team was using Blender to build 3D mockups of each booth. These renders allowed the entire creative and executive team to preview how the artwork would look within the space — ensuring that every element was cohesive, well-placed, and true to the brand’s vision. It turned abstract ideas into tangible visuals, streamlining the decision-making process and enhancing communication across departments.

Event Highlights
CCXP24: At this year’s edition of the biggest pop culture event in Latin America, Iron Studios unveiled exclusive figures and new releases that wowed attendees. The booth was one of the most visited, standing out for its immersive design and vibrant atmosphere.
San Diego Comic-Con 2024: At SDCC, Iron Studios introduced additions to their MiniCo line — including figures from Fast & Furious and The Lord of the Rings — drawing attention from collectors around the world.
D23 Brasil: As the first official Disney fan event held in Brazil, D23 Brasil was a historic moment. Iron Studios made a strong impression with a booth that celebrated iconic Disney franchises and offered fans a magical and memorable experience.
Final Thoughts
My role in these projects went beyond graphic design — it involved bridging the gap between visual concept and physical experience. By combining creative direction with 3D visualization, I helped bring Iron Studios’ event presence to life in a way that was clear, cohesive, and emotionally impactful. Designing these booths was not just about aesthetics — it was about crafting environments where fans could truly connect with the stories they love.
